about me.

I’ve been the principal speechwriter for leaders at Harvard, Georgetown, and national non-profits, served as a developmental editor on a chapter of a New York Times bestselling book, and worked as a writing consultant on multiple pieces that went on to be published, most recently in the New York Review of Books. In short, I’m an experienced writer and editor ready to handle a wide range of communications needs across the creation and publication process, including coaching, refining ideas, strategic messaging, developmental editing, research, ghostwriting, and line editing.

I have a background in community organizing, mutual aid, and movement work, with a focus on youth work, racial justice, and feminism. In addition to organizing, I directed a feminist student fellowship program at Georgetown, served on the Georgetown Women’s Alliance Steering Committee, and supported students in their social justice work at the Phillips Brooks House Association in Cambridge.

I’m also a novelist and short story writer—you can read more of my published work here. I’ve served as an editor for YesYes Books, an independent press, taught undergraduate courses in fiction writing and political fiction, and organized reading series for local and visiting writers.
